『多分この旗は第二次世界対戦頃のもので、場所や軍の名前などは書かれていなく、人の名前しか書かれていません。
でもそれも、男の人の名前だけじゃなく、女性の名前も書かれているのでもしかしたら軍人さんの家族で書いたのかも。そんなことくらいしかわかりません。お役にたてずすみません』←英語にしてくださいm(__)m

Probably this flag dates back to the WW2 days. It tells nothing about the location or the military unit, just people's names.

The names also include those of women, possibly members of the flag owner's family. That is just about all I can tell you . Sorry that I cannot be of more help.
