He gets cramps in the thigh and leg, and a burning heat of the feet in summer. Feet and legs sometimes retain fluid. A little flat footed, there is not much arch or instep visible. He tends to get desquamation on the legs or feet above the shoes tops. Likes to stand and walk, and be on his feet. In winter an icing of the feet occurs and they can look blue with the cold. Feet and legs icy cold then, he seems subject to extremes of temperature in the feet. The feet burn and are put out of bed at night; he hunts around in the bed for a cool place for the feet. The soles perspire., and the sweat is acrid making the feet sore; excoriation from the sweat between the toes. The perspiration is offensive

彼は、腿や足がひきつり、夏には足が炎症を起こす。足や脚に水が溜まることもある。少しベタ足の傾向があり、土踏まずというか足の甲は高くない。

　ともすれば、脚や足の靴の上端に当たる場所に落屑ができる。立って歩くのが好きで座っていない。

　冬には足がかじかみ、色が蒼く冷たく見える。足や脚が氷のように冷たい時、彼の足は両極端の温度になりやすい。夜、足が熱い時は夜具から出したりベッドの冷たいところを探す。

　足裏が汗をかき、汗は鼻を刺すような刺激臭で炎症を起こし、汗のため足指の間が擦り剥ける。汗は嫌な臭いがする。
