これは回答になっていませんが少し腑に落ちない点がありますので

１。受け取る側が翻訳を必要とするのになぜ長い文を外国語で書いたのか。
２。具体的な感情が感じられ無いので、恋文文例集から写したのではないか。
３。内容の無い決まり文句の繰り返しが多いので、誰にでも当てはまるのではないか。
４。オンラインの関係とあるが、同じ文面をオンラインで多数ばら撒いているのではないか。

　という疑問を持ちました。
