As Tom didn't work hard, he is not rich now.

この書き換え問題がわかりません。

=If Donna (had)(called) me, I could have driven her home.

As Tom didn't work hard, he is not rich now.

=If Tom (had)(worked) hard, he would be rich now.

どちらも仮定法過去完了形「もし～していれば、～であっただろうに」
