とても困ってます。英訳して下さい！

質問

一体どれだけの人が、真実を述べ、自身が抱えてる病気や怪我などでSSIの認定が下り、恩給を受け取ることが出来ているのか？

一体どれだけ多くの人が嘘をつき、体の不調を訴え、SSIから認められ、恩給を受け取っているのか？

私の主人は‘前者’です。

そして彼はまだ３５歳です、本来ならば働き盛りで、休みの日などにはスポーツをしたり、趣味を興じたりするのが一般的な３５歳の男性ですよね？主人にはそれらが出来ません。

１０年間軍に居て、身を粉にして働き、除隊後体のあちこちに支障を来たし、軍と言う特殊な世界に居たため、精神面でも日常の生活が出来ないほどの支障を来たしています。

背中・肩・膝・腕・などの痛み、難聴、リハビリ。

記憶障害、不安障害、鬱、対人関係が上手く出来ない、人を信用出来ない、トラウマ（軍での従事で）

普通に仕事をして生活をしたいとの本人の希望で就職しましたが、精神面的な事で限界を感じて辞めざる得なくなり、退社しました。

主人には長期のリハビリ（肉体的にも精神的にも）が必要です。

どのくらいの年月が必要とされるか分かりませんが、私達家族も全面的に主人をサポートします。

どうかお願いします。耳を傾けてください。SSIを必要としている主人に公正な判断を下して下さい。

How many people are telling truth about their diseases and injuries but still missing SSI entitlements and benefits they deserve?
How many people are telling untrue complaints of pain and deceiving money from improper SSI entitlements?

My husbund belongs to the earlier people.

He is still 35. Men at his age are supposed to be in their prime. But work, sports, hobbies - none of them are possible for him.
He worked hard with troops for 10 years. After getting his discharge, he got impediments. Because he spent his youth with military service, he could not mentally adapted himself to ordinary daily life. He is suffering from pains on the back, shoulders, knees, arms and he has hearing impediments. He is spending everyday for rehabilitation.
He also has the defect of memory, anxiety disorder, depression, anthropophobia, mistrust of others, mental trauma through military experince.
He once got employed because he wanted to have a normal job and an ordinary life but after that he gave up the job because he faced mental restraints.
Our families will assist him by any means necessary no matter how long it takes before he gets better.
We ask you a favor again. Please listen to our earnest wish and give a fair judgement to my husband who really needs SSI entitlement.
