質問

Many Japanese might find the invasion of privacy objective ,while others might worry about what additional uses the government might find for the data stored on thier passport.

の訳が分かりません。
特に while以外の文の構造が理解しにくいのですが、what additional uses the government までが主語なのでしょうか？ uses は名詞として使われているのでしょうか？

what additional uses (目的語)

the government might find　(主語)

for the data stored on their passport.

また、政府が(個人の)パスポートに蓄積されたデータを別の用途に利用しようとするのではないかと懸念する向きが(も)ある。

government might find another uses for the data stored on their passport.
