仕事で急遽英文を書かなくてはいけません。。普段英語が必要でないので困っています。走り書き程度の文章ですが、ご指導いただけると助かります。

「アイデア1
店舗の棚にスペースがない場合は、小社が什器を貸し出す。
その場合、場所代を支払う。または取引条件を良くする必要があるかもしれない。」
→『Idea1　In the case that there is not a space in the shelf of the bookstore I loan the utensil.
I pay the place reign. Or there may be the necessity that improves a transaction condition. 』

「アイデア2　
「報奨金制度を設ける。
売上げカード1枚につき、20円をお客様に支払う。精算は、半年に1度である。」
→『Idea2　I establish the incentive money system.
I pay 20 yen to the customer about 1 sheet of sales card. The settlement of debt is 1 degree in a half year. 』

Idea 1
If there is no/enough space on the shelves in the book store we loan/rent the utensils.
In that case, we may have to pay for the space or improve the business terms.

Idea 2
Incentive system:
Every sales card corresponds to \20 and customers can get the money every six months.
