泣き方と笑い方

質問

英語で、ギリシア語とラテン語をもじって、泣き方と笑い方というそうですが、crying and laughingであっていますか。

Lewis Carroll の "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" ではないでしょうか。
ラテン語とギリシア語で、 "Laughing and Grief （Latin and Greek）" です。

"Hadn't time," said the Gryphon: "I went to the classical master, though. He was an old crab, he was."
"I never went to him," the Mock Turtle said with a sigh. "He taught Laughing and Grief, they used to say."
