英訳をお願いします。

質問

下記の文章をメールで書きたいのですが、いつも英語の文章が文法通りで向こうの人は誰も使わないような文章だと笑われてしまいます。
どなたか下記の文章を出来るだけフランクな英語に訳して頂けないでしょうか？よろしくお願い致します。また、フランクな英語を書けるようになるコツがあれば教えて頂けると嬉しいです。

「私はあまりのチョコレート好きが高じて、1人で4-5年前にはフランスで毎年開催されるAというチョコのフェスティバルに参加した。絨毯も壁も全てがチョコレート色に装飾され、世界中の色々なチョコレート専門店が150以上も集められ、とにかくチョコ好きにはたまらない数日間だった。でも、チョコ好きじゃない人にはこの空間は多分、少し辛いものになるかもしれないね。」

I loved chocolate so much that several years ago I participated alone in a chocolate festival called "A" 【that ⇒ , which】 is held every year in France. Everything from carpets to walls was decorated in chocolate color and more than 150 stores specializing in chocolate were gathered there. The several days in the festival were absolutely wonderful for chocolate lovers. However, this space might have been a little intolerable for those who don't like chocolate.
