質問

下記内容の英訳をよろしくお願いします。

１、機器の最上部が水面下0.5ｍより深く、最下部が1mより深い位置になるようにして30分間水中に放置し機器内部に浸水の形跡がないこと。
２、機器の外郭表面に石鹸水を塗布するか、機器の上部表面まで水中に没し、機器内部に10kPaの空気圧を1分間加え、気泡を生じないこと。

　　and its bottom is more than 1.0 m deep in water, and left it
　　30 minutes to make sure that there are no traces of leakage.

2. Either spray the outside of the equipment with soap water,
　　or submerge the equipment in water, and pressurize its inside
　　up to 10 kPa for one minute, and make sure that there are no
　soap/air bubbles.

1- Because the top part of the machine is 0.5meter deep below water, you have to make the bottom part 1 meter deep and leave it in the water for 30 minutes. Make sure that there isn't flooding inside the machine.

2-You can spread the soap water on the surface of the machine, or bathe it into the water until the surface of the top part of the machine and add 10 kpa air pressure inside the machine for 1 minute. Confirm that there aren't bubbles.

1. to ensure that no water penetration is observed while leaving the machine in the water for 30 minutes, keeping the top of the machine under the water 0.5m below the surface, and the bottom in depth more than 1.0m below the surface.
2. to ensure no vapor evaporation is observed when 1 minute 10kPa air pressure is given inside the machine after coating the surface the machine with suds and placing the machine completely inside the water.

2. Either coat the outside of the item with soap water, or submerge the top of the item applying for one minute of 10kPa air pressure, and make sure that there are no air bubbles.
