I am a navy veteran and a family man with wife and 4 children, living now in Detroit city.
Now thinking about ppurchasing a new house and changing place from Detroit to Wahington State, viewing current enviornment, high crime rate, level of schools,, allegies etc
Personally I like Washingtn State, as once I lived in oakpark before.
I have a income from VA and SSN but have some concern if my credit score is good enough ?
Is it possibe to have contract with rent to own style,? i,e, to earn credit score within first period of contract and then change to VA loan.
To the frank I afraid such a tragedy even through some stable income, low credit score prevent me to purchase real estate at rest of my life?
