まず、確認ですが、3枚以上というのは、 more than twoないしはthree or moreとあったでしょうか。
more than threeとあったとすると、それは4枚以上を意味しますので、あなたのクレームは無効です。

I want to buy three CDs with 15% discount. Could you take a look at my order form or whatever you can and find that my claim stands? And make a change whatever it is so that I can purchanse CDs with 15% just as you advertized.
