Since this was the first time she'd been on a sailboat, she should
have known what would happen. Seasickness! Remi was seasick for a week
as were all of the other new recruits. The experienced crew didn't
care though. Everyday they yelled, "Get up,Remi!" "Stand up straight
and get to work!" Knowing that she would be out at sea for another
three or four weeks, she felt like crying.
