一つには、あとで述べるように、国家間の礼儀によって、Y国は、X国が法人と見なすと言う判断にイチャモンをつける（これは荘厳な翻訳でしたね）に疑問を挟むことはないので、国家Xの法律下での法人は、多くの場合国家Yでも法人として認められる。

　　　　バンデマンによれば、２０世紀の前半では自国の国内法は、往々にして国際法に従った、即ち国際的に法人として既に認められていることを基盤にして国内でも法人であることを認める訳である。
