『地震の影響で友達が旅行をキャンセルしました。 
1人で行こうかとも思うんだけど、あなたも昼間仕事あると思うしひとりで行くとホテルの宿泊料が高くなります。だから行くのを辞めようかなと悩んでいます。』

Because of the earthquake a friend of mine decided not to go on a trip.
I am thinking of going alone, but you are also working during the day, and I am tempted not to go on the trip either because the hotel bill is expensive to pay alone.

と内容には触れないで、一応訳しました。
