アメリカの取引先トラブル解決に向けての質問
- アメリカの取引先の過ちによりトラブルになっています。良い方向に向けて解決したいのですが、英語力不足でなかなか進みません。
- 誤配品の保管方法と購入方法の確認を再度お願いしました。以下の3通りの方法で問題ないでしょうか。
- 1:誤配品を保管し購入先が決まったら発送する、2:誤配品を50%オフで弊社が買い取る、3:着払いにて発送する。

Dear Sir, I apologize about the following two things to you: 1) lack of explanation from me and 2) misunderstanding of me. I wouldn't mind keeping the wrong product you sent me. I would like to make sure that the methods we have discussed are the following three methods. If my statement is incorrect, please let me know and also let me know what is your best method for your company. It is entirely up to you. 1) I will keep the wrong product here and I will send it to the new buy when you find. I need to receive the total of the following cost incurred for the amount paid for the wrong product, transportation fee spent for importing, and its taxes in the need of bookkeeping purpose. Please process and finalize this transaction before the end of February in 2011 since my company's annual financial account closing date is the end of February. 2) You sell the wrong products at 50% off. I will pay for the transportation fee and taxes for the wrong product. 3) Or, I will send it to you by collect. Sincerely yours, xxxxxxxx
