アメリカのネットショップで小物を購入しました。
届いてない物があったので相手に質問したいです。
すみませんが英文を教えて下さい。

あなたは５個送ったんですよね？しかし私の所には４個しか届いてない。間違ってあなたは別の所に送っていないですか？住所を確認して下さい。
届いていない荷物番号はこれです。

日本の郵便局にも問い合わせしましたが４個しかありませんでした。

今どこにあるのか調べて下さい。

Thank you for all your help. I received your package. I'd like to ask you, I believe you sent 5 pieces, right? However, I have received only four. What happened? Isn't it possible that you sent them to another place by mistake?

Please check the address. The package number that has not arrived is this (xxxxxx). We have contacted the Japanese post office, and sure enough, there were only 4 pieces.

Please, please find out where it is now.
