皆間違いではありませんが、下記のほうがより自然な英語に聞こえます。

3.You don’t look too well. Did you drink any medicine last night?
You don't look so well. Did you take any medicine last night?

4.My girlfriend presented me a book for my birthday.
My girlfriend gave me a book for my birthday present.
