毎月月末に、シメがあって、その分の給料は翌月に支払われる、ということなので
In this company,it is at the end of the manth that a settlement of accounts carried out.
So,your salary is paid next month.
のような感じでしょうか。
ちょっと長いので
a settlement of accounts:at the end of the month
a payday(給料日）:on the following month
で、いかがでしょう。
a settlement of accountsは決算、ということですが
普通、決算は年に１回か２回なので、毎月のシメ、ということで
もっといい言い方があるかも知れません。
帳簿を締め切る、で
close the accounts
という言い方をするそうです。
We close the accounts at the end of each month.
毎月、月末に帳簿のシメを行います。
という言い方でもいいかも。
