where という関係副詞もおかしい。

the dictionary (which/that) I was looking for
の場合は which, that いずれも可で省略も可。
（which はかたい）

the dictionary for which I was looking
のように for が前に出た場合は that は使えません。
したがって，which で合っていますが，
look for ～は確立された群動詞なので，for は後にする方が圧倒的に普通です。
