ゴーゴルのアドレスバーが消滅！

質問

15697でIE6.0のアドレスバーが消滅したとお騒がせしたものです。治ったと喜んでいたら、こんどはゴーゴルの日本語版検索バーが消滅してしまいました。再度、ゴーゴルからインストールしようとしたらエラーが出ました。googleすごく使っていたのに困っています。
エラー文章は以下のとおりです。

その関係のエラーなのでしょうか？
（訳してないので、全然わかりませんが）

ちなみに、ゴーゴルではなく、グーグルです。
