英訳お願いします

質問

長文でもうしわけないのですが、英訳して頂けませんでしょうか。

自分で辞書を引きながら訳していこうと思っていたのですが、
今回は急ぐためみなさまのお力をお借りたいです。

（１）天気について
ハイキングの知識がないので山頂の気候はよくわかりませんが、北海道は今ちょうど過ごしやすい気候です。平地では今日25℃以上あったところもあるようです。雪も溶けているのではないでしょうか：）

（２）札幌、富良野、支笏湖を３～４日でまわる計画について
その日数で回れないことはないけれど、交通の便が悪いから移動が大変だと思います。
観光する時間より移動する時間の方が多くなりそうですね。

（３）他におすすめの場所
北海道の真ん中、大雪山は登山が楽しめます。「北海道の屋根」と呼ばれていて有名です。そこには山小屋もあるようです。

（４）小樽について
山が好きと聞きましたが、もし海をみたいなら札幌の近くに小樽という街があります。小樽のお寿司は有名です。

（５）富良野について
富良野といえば、そこが舞台になった「北の国から」というTVドラマがあります。長年続いた人気のドラマでした。もし興味があるならチェックしてみてください。
富良野には、北の国から記念館があります。

（6）温泉について
こちらにいるあいだ、温泉に入ってみてはどうですか？
北海道にはいい温泉がいくつもあります。
札幌付近なら定山渓温泉、登別温泉、洞爺湖温泉。
大雪山付近なら層雲峡温泉。
私が住む函館にも湯の川温泉があります。

（7）函館について
函館は道内でも屈指の観光地です。特に函館山からの夜景、五稜郭、大沼公園が有名。
大沼付近の駒ケ岳は登山も楽しめますよ！

(1) About weather
I'm not sure about the weather on mountain top because I don't know much about hiking. However, Hokkaido is in the best season to spend time. It seems to be above 25 degrees centigrade on the ground level in some places today, Snow may have melted away. :)

(2) About a trip plan to go to Sapporo, Furano and Lake Shikotsu in 3-4 days
You might be able to go there in 3-4 days, but you will find it difficult to get around because the access to transportation is not good. It seems that you'll spend more time on moving around than on sightseeing.

(3) Other good places to recommend
You can enjoy climbing Mt. Daisetsu, which is in the center of Hokkaido and is called "the roof of Hokkaido." This mountain is famous and seems to have a lodge, too.

(4) About Otaru
You told me you like mountains, but if you would like to enjoy the sea, I'd recommend Otaru, which is located near Sapporo. Otaru is famous for its sushi.

(5) About Furano
Speaking of Furano, there is a famous TV drama series called "Kitano Kuni Kara (From Northern Region)". It was a famous TV drama series that was broadcast for a long time. If you are interested, please check it out.

(6) About hot-spring resorts
Why don't you enjoy hot springs while you are here? There are a lot of good hot-spring resorts in Hokkaido. Near Sapporo, there are Jozankei Hot-Spring Resort, Noboribetsu Hot-Spring Resort and Lake Toya Hot-Spring Resort. I'd recommend Sounkyo Hot-Spring Resort near Mt. Daisetsu. There is Yunokawa Hot-Spring Resort in Hakodate, where I live.

(7) About Hakodate
Hakodate is one of the most famous sightseeing spots in Hokkaido. Night view from Mt. Hakodate, Goryokaku and Onuma Park are especially well-known. You can enjoy climbing Mt. Komagatake near Onuma, too!
