I am sorry to interrupt. You reserved this room until 3:00pm, and the next party is here. I am sorry you have to continue somewhere else.

「お話し中失礼いたします。お客様のご予約は午後３時までとなっており、次のお客様がもうおいでになりました。申し訳ありませんが別の場所でお続けください」

　別にご質問の文でも通じますが、終わりが少し不躾かと、、、
