以下のような問い合わせをしたいのですがこの英文でよろしいでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。
・私は今月からウェブサイトを通して、月１回の大口注文と月数回の小口注文をしたいと思います。私の全ての注文に自動的に割引を適用できますか？
I would like to order the items of a large lot(once a month) and items of a small lot(several times a month) via Website from this month.
Can you apply discount to my all order automatically?

the items of a large lot のところがよくないと思います。
単に Large order と small orders にしたらどうでしょう。
From this month, I would like to place one large order and several small orders a month via your company website.
Can you apply the discount to all my orders automatically?
もしくはお示しのように a large order (once a month) and small orders (several times a month)としたほうが解りやすいでしょう。
