寒暖の差がある場所って食べ物はいいし、紅葉も綺麗ですよね。
(1)The place has Texas weather food is good and you can see the beautiful colored leaves.

日本で成人の日は祝典があります。でも最近は２０歳の成人の質も悪く中止してる所もあります。それって親の責任だと思いません？
(2)In Japan we have Coming-of-Age Day ceremonies nationwide. But nowadays there are some 20years adults are not good quality. So ceremony has stopped. Do you think it is their parent responsibility.

私の場合、こう訳します。

1. In the area that has big changes in temperature, food is tasty and leaves are beautifully colored.
areaとしましたけど、placeでもあまり変わりはないですね。

2. In Japan, on coming-of-age day, a ceremony is held for the people who have turned 20.
と、最初に二十歳になった人のお祝いであることを説明します。そうすると、後につなぎやすいと思うので。

There are some places that (A) this ceremony because of their (B).

（A)の部分ですが、don’t haveがいいのか、have stopped havingがいいのか、質問の文からは不明です。
（B)の部分ですが、「質が悪い」というのが、もし会場での振舞いのことであれば、
behavior at the ceremony
成人の日だけでなく、全般的に二十歳の人たちのことを指すのであれば、
attitude
といった感じでしょうか。

I think this is the responsibility for their parents who didn’t look after them well.
