英語について英訳お願いします

質問

英訳お願いします。自分の留学生活についてのジャーナルなのです※良い文法、英訳などを参考にしたいと思っています 少しまとまっていない部分があり、すみません。
＊四ヶ月半というここでの留学生活も残すところ、後一週間ほどしか残っていない。
今でも一週間後には日本にいるということが考えられない。
最初は四ヶ月半なんて長いと思ったが長いようで、あっという間に過ぎ去ってしまい短く感じた。
私はこの留学を通して何か成長（獲得、達成）しただろうか、いやしたはずだ。
＊私はラグビーのワールドカップが今年NZで開催されたこと、またその決勝戦をオークランドで直に観に行き、NZが優勝する瞬間をこの眼で見ることができたことに感謝したい。そして、この必然ともいえる偶然を忘れないだろう。
＊もちろん、ここでできた友達と離れるのは寂しい。しかし、私たちはお互いがお互いを友と思っている限り、いつでもどこでも（いつまでも）友達だ。だから気に病む（する）ことはない。私たちは既（永遠？）に友達なのだから。以上

* I have only about one week left after I have studied here for four and a half months.
I still cannot imagine that I will be in Japan in a week.
At first I thought four and a half months would be a long time, but that period actually passed so quickly that I felt it was so short.
Have I grown up through this experience of mine abroad?
I must have grown up.
* The Rugby World Cup was held here in New Zealand this year.
I think I was lucky because I was able to go to Oakland to see NZ team win in the final match with my own eyes.
I certainly never forget this inevitable coincidence.
* Of course, it is hard for me to say good-bye to friends I have made here.
I will miss them but we will be friends anytime and anywhere as long as we regard each other as friends.
So we do not have to worry about our parting.
That's because we will be friends for good.
