”いまから新入社員を紹介します。新入社員の○○○○です。生れは福岡県で、O大学を卒業後、入社しました。私は彼を指導する＊＊＊です。彼はソフトウェア担当として○○部に配属されました。約1ヶ月一緒に働いておりますが、飲み込みも早いですので、これからの彼の活躍に期待しております。彼もまだ若く、私の指導も行き届かないところがあると思いますので、ご指導ご鞭撻、よろしくお願いいたします。”

Now I am going to introduce our new member to you. His name is ○○○○. He was born in Fukuoka Prefecture, graduated from O university and joined our company. I am his instructor ***. He was assigned to ○○ department and is in charge of software. I have been working with him for about a month and I have found him so smart that I expect he will contribute to our company in the future. He is still young and I might not have enough ability to instruct him. So I welcome your advice even if it is a harsh piece of advice. Thank you very much.
