I can understand how you feel. It's quite challenging for many Japanese to keep up their good work. I've heard many of those who have a 1st Grade level of the STEP English Test don't have more energy to study English, due to undue stress and work constraints. Because of this, they find their English proficiency getting rusty. As a result, their English becomes lower than those who didn’t pass the STEP English.
>2年前に受けたTOEICは935点でしたが、最近はほとんど勉強はしてません。
忙しい仕事をしながら英語の勉強も続けている人は多いと思うのですが、そのような人は、何を目標にして、どうやってモチベーションを維持しているのでしょうか?
You might want to try some online networks such as facebook/twitter/LinkedIn or discussion forum such as Japan Today on a weekly basis. Also, meeting new people in international community (i.e., Christian Church/Toastmasters International, etc) in your town on the Holidays can give you new inspirations.

Thank you for your reply. I am happy to get it in English. As you say, using online networks is a good way to learn English. Many people have the same worries in keeping their proficiency. I will stop being worried and just keep trying.
