The teachers have to enhance student's skill of speaking English under globalization society. In order to be realize that I am going to do two things that I mention below.
Firstly, I make a lot of opportunities to make the students speak English. It enables the students to intake various oral English expression.That's why I take many pair working which the students talk each other in English into my lesson. In these activities, I make the students talk each other with using new grammar and change some words in each time.
Secondly,I praise the students when they can speak English well. It's because some students doubt whether they can speak English correctly or not.I think it prevents the students from enhancing to speak English.That's why I always check their activities and praise them when they do well.
With these ways that I mentioned above, I enhance the skill of students to speak English step by step.

一つ目は、生徒が英語を話す機会を多く設けることだ。このことは生徒が様々な口頭の英語の表現を身につけることにつながるからである。それを行うために授業の中に生徒が英語で話すペアーワークを取り入れます。それらの活動の中では新しい文法を使い生徒に英語で話させたり、毎回単語を少し変えながらさせます。
二つ目は生徒が英語をうまく話せたときはほめることです。なぜなら自分が正しい英語を話せているかを疑問に思う生徒がおり、それが生徒の英語を話す能力の向上を妨げているからです。なので私は生徒たちの活動を常にチェックし、彼らがうまくやった時はほめます。
以上のような方法で私は生徒の英語を話す能力を少しづつ高めていきます。

I think teachers have to ... in this globalization age. I will try following two methods.
First, many opportunities should be provided for students to speak English, in which they intake practical oral expression. Pair-working makes them talk each other freely in various subjects, viewpoints and situation. In this process, if needed, I will teach them higher grammatical structure and new terms to make it more effective.
Second, I give students good words when they do better in speaking. Some students, who are not sure whether they are correct or not, can be encouraged by my words and continue to speak willingly. I will check their conversation and attitude carefully at any time in the class.
Through these methods, step by step, I will enhance the students' skill of speaking English.
