英訳お願いします。国際郵便の件です。

質問

お手数ですが、下記の文章の英訳をお願いできますか？

↓
１月２日に国際郵便で発送したライフジャケットの件ですが、Ｘ線検査でひっかかり
付属のガスボンベを飛行機に乗せることができない状態です。
そこでやむなくガスボンベを外して発送しました。
このガスボンベは取り換えが可能で説明書のイラストを見れば
やり方はわかるとかと思います。
荷物は２週間以内に届くと思いますので、一度確認頂き、
後でガスボンベの料金をpaypalで返金したいと思ってます。
到着後に連絡ください。
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありませんが、よろしくお願いします。

"I shipped the life-jacket on Jan 2nd via EMS. But the gas cylinder which was included in the product and shipped together, and found at an x-ray inspection that it was not permitted for air shipment. So I had to take out the cylinder from the shipment and send only the jacket to you.
As the cylinder is replaceable, you can attach another one at your side as instructed by an illustration in user's manual.
The product will be delivered to you within two weeks. When you receive the product, please confirm the content and let me know if it's acceptable. Then I will refund the cost for the cylinder to you soon.
I sincerely apology this inconvenience happened. Your kind understanding on this matter would be very much appreciated. "

Concerning the life jacket I mailed via international mail on January 2nd, it did not pass the X-ray screening. So the gas container cannot be put on the plane.

Having no other choice I mailed it without the gas container, which is interchangeable and the illustration in the user's manual should make it clear how to attach one.

The life jacket should arrive within two weeks. After making sure that it arrived we will reimburse you for the gas container through PayPal.
