⇒ Do you only want made-in-Japan products for used home appliances?
Yes/Noを要求する質問なので、なるべくそこの部分は簡単にして後は補足で説明する形がわかりやすいと思います。文をわけても良いです。中古はsecond handでも良いですがusedが簡単です。
After you receive those and check the contents of the arrivals , can we receive a payment when we visit your office ?
⇒ Is it possible for us to receive the payment at our visit to your office next time, after your incoming inspection?
少し日本語が理解できませんでした。相手のオフィスへの訪問は代金を受け取りに行くための訪問でしょうか？つまり銀行振込とかクレジットカードではなく、小切手か何かでと言うこと？それとも、訪問が決まっていてその頃には物は届いているはずなので、ついでと言っては何だけど、お金も受け取りたいと言うこと？つまり受入確認は終わらせておいてねと言う。
前者であれば、この訳では不十分で支払い方法に関する話になると思います。
⇒ Is it possible to make the payment by check at your office. We will visit you after your completion of incoming inspection for the products.
いずれにしても、これもYes/Noを期待する質問なので、なるべくYes/Noの項目がわかりやすいようにするのが良いと思います。
