英訳をお願いします。

質問

何度やってもファイルのダウンロードが途中で止まります。
IE,Opera.firefox,chromeを使いましたがダウンロードが完了しません。
一定の時間内にダウンロードが完了しないと途中で止まるようになっているのですか？
もしそうなら何とかしてもらいたいです。

File downloading would always stop on the midway. cannot complete.
Sure tried so many time, using several engine such as IE,Opera,Firefox,Chrome, but always fails. No Difference,
It seems these engine stops automatically, in case each fixed set time has passed, even downloading were not finished. isn't it?
If so, please advise the solution, how i could complete the downloading.
