海外通販 返品についての英文を教えてください

質問

tennis ware house 海外通販で買い物をしましたがサイズが合わないため返品したいのですが、
invoiceと一緒に送付されて来るはずの返品書がついてなく、どう返品して良いものか困っております。
相手へ問い合わせをしたいのですが、英文が苦手の為どなたか教えていただけないでしょうか。

という記述がありますが、これはみられましたか？　その様式がついていなかったということなのでしょうか。

　International Email: twint@tennis-warehouse.com に、あなたの名前や上記に関連した注文番号等を書いて、"I would like a refund."と書いて送信してみましょう。

　サイズが合わずに取り替えを希望するのなら、"I would like to exchange this for smaller [bigger] one."でいいと思います。具体的なサイズを指定するとなお良いでしょう。

　さらに服であれば、

Apparel
•All apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached.
•Apparel that has been worn or washed, cannot be returned or exchanged

に該当することが条件です。他の種類の商品も、それぞれ返品の条件がついていますので、それぞれに応じて確認してください。

こんにちは、回答ありがとうございます。

Returns and Warrantiesの様式がついていないです。
invoiceの後ろに様式がついてると文章を読んで解釈しましたが、
実際にはinvoiceが2枚入っているだけでした。
とりあえず、相手には早急に返品希望のメールを送りたいと思います。
ただ必要な様式なしで返品に応じてくれるか心配です。
