(2) I told OO that you two were here, and he/she told me to say hi to you two.
「２人」が目の前にいる場合はこの言い方。二人のうち片方だけの場合は、

I told OO that you and XX were here, and he/she told me to say hi to you two.

(4) I hope you will enjoy OO in Japan.
