の部分ですが、as to if they are wet or dry,solid or rottenと考えていいのでしょうか？あるいはもっと他にシンプルな考え方がありますか？
次に、good judgment 以下は、前にwithが省略されていてgood understanding と同格なんでしょうか？ それともThey demand の目的語になってるのでしょうか？
