ハナコは一人でサンフランシスコを旅行していた。

彼女はカフェに行きたかったが、クリスマスの日だったため閉店しており、周囲に沢山のホームレスも見かけたためホテルに帰ることにした。帰っている途中、とある通行人が話しかけてきた。最初はたわいもない会話だったが徐々にカフェやホテルに行こうと誘い始めた。誘いを断ったと同時に恐怖を感じた。

Hanako was traveling alone in San Francisco.

Though she wanted to go to a cafe, none was open on Christmas. There were many homeless people and she decided to go back to the hotel.

On the way back she was accosted by a stranger. At first the talk was harmless, but it turned into an invitation to a cafe or a hotel, and she began to feel threatened.
