質問

Since some relierfers were arrested for seeling drugs prescribed at phamacies,abuseing welfare system, the government has strictly restricted the amount of the drug lately.In contrast,this government drastic measures have been regareded as such a problem that many of those who are really in need of drugs are having more troble obtaining them before.
「一部の生活保護受給者達が処方された薬を販売して逮捕されて以来、政府は処方っ量を厳しく規制しています。一方で政府の徹底的な規制はとても問題視されていて、本当に薬が必要な人が以前より手に入れるのに苦労してるんだ。」
このような感じの文なのですが、添削の上少し口語的にして頂ければ幸いです。
また、those who~の部分ですが、単にmanyやall relierfers やthose really in need are~とした方が良いでしょうか？

relierfers -> reliefers , seeling -> selling, abuseing -> abusing, regareded -> regarded, troble-> trouble ですね？
意味は伝わるし、大きな問題はないと思います。
細かいことを言うと、
・selling → reselling
・abusing welfare system → abusing the welfare
・the amount of the drug lately → lately はその前のsince ～とぶつかるので不要です。the amount of the drug は、制限の内容にもよりますが、the amount of drugs prescribed at one time とか入れたほうがわかりやすくなりと思います。あるいは・the amount permission for drugs. とか。
・In contrast → However, But, At the same time, など。In contrastは、二つの物を比較してそれが対象的な時なので、ここではピンと来ません。
・This government drastic measures have → this government's drastic measure has
・such a problem that many of those who are really in need of drugs are having more troble obtaining them before. → a big problem because many reliefers who really need drugs have been facing with a trouble to get the drugs since then.
