Thank you for my tour schedule. Could you send the reservation confirmation form to me by a PDF file?

When can I expect the final documents listing rendez-vous times and list of guides? Could you send them also via PDF file?

I feel lucky to have found a wonderful tour company for the first trip to XXX and for our first aurora viewing tour. We are waiting for your reply.
