「○○のウェブサイトから有給休暇を申請したはずなのですが、ちゃんと申請ができているでしょうか？有給休暇がカレンダーに表示されていません。もしできていないのなら、そちらで処理して頂けませんか？有給休暇の期間は12/27-1/6です。」

I have made an application for a paid vacation, and I would like to know if it was received by your office.

The paid vacation is not recorded on the calendar. If the arrangement is not already made, could you take care of it?

I requested the paid vacation time to be from December 27 to January 6.

I thought I applied for paid vacation on the Web page of ○○. I'm not sure if it was properly registered, because the application hasn't been reflected on the calendar. If my application hasn't been registered in the system, could you please do that for me in your side? I'd like to take paid vacation through Dec 27 to Jan 6.
