aとeが本文に合致すrのではないかなと思うのですが間違っていますでしょうか。

なので、本文と一致します。
b: 実験ではmuteされた携帯は機能がオン（activate)されており、脳に影響があることがわかっています。本文と一致しません。
c: これまでの巷での議論は携帯に安全上の問題があるかどうかですが、今回のNIHの研究ではそれについての結論は出ていません。本文と一致しません。
d: 携帯とがんの関連性に関してもNIHは何の証拠、根拠を発見していません。不一致。
