パソコンの画面にエラーメッセージが！回復するには？

質問

子供が、ビデオカメラから取り込んだ映像を見ていたらどんな操作をしたか分かりませんが、下記の様なエラーメッセージが出てました。解決法を教えていただけませんでしょうか？
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent dameage to your computer .
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
If this is the first time you`ve seen this stop error screen,restart your computer. If this screen
appears agein, follow these steps:

Check tomake sure any new hardware or softwere is properly installed.
If this is anew installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.

ドライバの問題です。
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
メーカ製ならパソコンメーカへ連絡します。
