【英訳お願いします】Thank youカード

質問

こんにちは。
私は現在海外在住なのですが昨年12月に現地で男の子を出産しました。
その際、以前お世話になった地元の方にお祝いを頂いたのですが
SMSのみでちゃんとカードを出していなかったので、今週イースターエッグを贈る際、
その時のお礼と頂いた服を着せた息子の写真を同封しようと思います。

しかし、とても恥ずかしいことに現地に住みながら英語がとても苦手。。。
よろしければ、どなたか下記の文章を英訳していただけたらとても嬉しいです。

こんにちは。
ご無沙汰しています。皆さんお元気ですか？

この間は息子に可愛い服をたくさんどうもありがとうございました。
ちゃんとお礼を言ってなくてごめんなさい。
おかげさまで息子も順調に成長して
貰った時は大きかった服も今ではぴったりになりました。
特に長袖のカバーオールはこれからの時期大活躍しそうです！
写真を同封したのでぜひ見てください。
まさに「純日本人」の顔です。

私の方は実は去年４月から出産するまでずっと寝たきりで、
出産してからも再入院したりしていました。
おかげで車の運転の練習（12年間ペーパーだったんです）もできず
肝心の英語の学校にも行けず勉強も出来なくって。。。
息子が産まれてから通院もままならず本当に困った状態でした。

最近になってようやくちょっと余裕が出来たので車の運転を始めました。
なんとか病院や買い物には行けるようになりました。
語学学校はチャイルドケアに空きが出たら、7月から通えるかもしれません。
早く不自由なく暮らせるように努力したいと思います。

また会える日を心から楽しみにしています。
いつも本当にどうもありがとう。

How have been doing? I hope you are all fine.

Thank you for the many lovely clothes you sent me for my son the other day, and I am sorry for not having been able to properly "thank you" until now.

My son is steadily growing up and the the clothes you sent, which were a little big for him at the time, now fit perfectly! The long sleeve jumper in particular, will be very useful in the coming seasons!

Please find enclosed my son's picture. He has a face of a "pure Japanese."

As for myself, I have stayed mostly in bed since the April of last year until the birth of my son. Even after I gave birth, I had to keep returning to the hospital for short stays. Also it was difficult for me to make all the visits for the checkups afterwards.
Consequently I could not go to a driving school to brush up my driving (I was a paper driver for 12 years) and so could not I attend an English school.

Only recently, I am finding things somewhat comfortable and now I am driving again. I can now drive to the hospital and also do some shopping. I may be able to start going to the language school in July if there is an opening in the childcare. I hope that I will be able to start my life afresh soon.
