If I were asked the desire, I would take them to Kyoto.→ If I am requested, I will take them to Kyoto. I think the city in Kyoto has many Japanese traditions. → I'm sure the city of Kyoto has many Japanese traditions. For example, there are famous temples such as Kiyomizu temple in Kyoto. Moreover, the city has many women called Maiko and a lot of special productions such as Yatuhashi. → For example, there are famous temples such as Kiyomizudera. Moreover, this city holds many apprentice girl dancers of Japanese traditional dance called Maiko and a lot of famous regional products such as Yatuhashi, a sort of confectionery made from rice flour , sugar and cinnamon. I think the best way they understand " the true Japan" is that they see and know "the previous Japan". → I assume their best way of appreciate the authnetical Japan" is see and learn "the ancient Japan". Kiyomizu temple and Maiko can teaches them the Japanese history. Besides, in Muromachi age, Muromachi Bakuhu was made up in Kyoto. → Kiyomizu temple and Maiko can shows them the history of Japan. Besides, in Muromachi period(1336 to 1573), Muromachi Bakuhu(shogun's governments) was constructed in Kyoto. 全体的によく出来ていると思います。ただ、日本固有のものは 日本の中高生の英語のテキストならOKですが、外国人にも分かるような配慮が欲しいところです。
