質問

英訳助けてください。お願いします。
明日、学校で国際問題についての発表があるのですが、国際英語が難しくて
英語が苦手な私の英語力では英訳できませんでした。
自分である程度訳したのですが、めちゃくちゃな文になってしまいました。
長いですが、すべてじゃなくてもいいので
英語のプロフェッショナルのみなさんのお力を貸してください。
よろしくお願いします。

(1)今回、私がお話するのは、世界の大きな問題である、貧困による人権問題についてです。
貧困が起こる大きな原因のひとつに「仕事がない」事があげられます。
貧困地域では、両親が仕事をしていない家庭も多く、多くの人々が食べ物がなかったり、
医療が受けられなかったりして苦しんでいます。
また国家体制事態も不安なため、人権侵害などが起こっても国は対処しきれずにいるのが現状です。

(2)貧困地域で今、大きな人権問題となっているのが「人身売買」です。
家庭内でお金がないために大人だけでなく、親が自分の子供を売ったり、
時には子供が「簡単でたくさんお金を稼げる仕事がある」とだまされて、自ら売られて行くことが頻発しています。

(3)2007年のアメリカ政府の報告によると、世界で年間およそ80万人の人達が国境を越えた人身売買の犠牲となっているそうです。
これは、「貧しさから抜け出したい、お金のある生活がしたい」という貧困地域の人々の強い願いに漬け込んだ、とても悪質な行為だと思います。
人身売買された後、その子達は性的産業に入られたり、奴隷のようにつらい仕事をさせられたり、大人の代わりに物乞いをさせられたり、臓器移植用の臓器を勝手に摘出されたりします。
このような状況では当然、子供達はただの商品として扱われ、人権などなく、さらにきつい生活を送らなければならないのです。

(4)また、子供の権利条約で世界的に、子供に対する性的虐待や搾取を禁止しているにも関わらず、多くの貧困地域では性的産業の中や社会体制の崩壊した紛争地域だけでなく、自分の所属するコミュニティー、難民キャンプ、家庭内でさえもこのような事が起こったりします。
この問題は、子供達の心に大きな傷を作ってしまいます。
したがって、もちろん、このような行為を無くさなければならないし、またこのような子供の心のケアも必要なのです。

(5)また性的搾取はさらなる問題を引き起こします。
その１番の問題と言えエイズは放っておくと死に至る病気です。貧困地域の人はお金がないので自分が感染していることにもすぐに気付けません。また気付いたとしても治療が受けれずに、毎年たくさんの人達が死亡しており、貧困地域の死亡原因の要因の一つとなっています。
エイズは治療を受けて薬を飲むと進行を遅らすことができ、死ぬことはないのです。
したがって、貧困地域の人々には、医療的援助がとても必要とされているのです。

(4)And, though a treaty of children rights world wide, prohibits the sex ill-treatment and exploitation of children, in many poor district, not only in the sex industry or a anarchy disturbance district, but also in the community which one belongs to, in a refugee camp, even at home, such conduct occurs.
This problem, injures children's mind terribly.
Therefore, off course, such conduct must be vanished, and it is neccessary for such children to be cared their mind.

(5)And sex exploitation causes probrems further.
The worst problem is AIDS, which is disease to death if leaved. People in a poor district, not having much money, can't notice they are infected soon. Even though they can notice, unable to be cured, every year many people die of it., it is one of the major cause of death in a poor district.
AIDS doesn't grow if a patient is cured and take a medicine, is not an incurable disease.
Therefore, people in a poor district, are very needful of medical service.

(1)This time, I speak about world major problem, human rights problem from poverty.
One of the major cause of poverty is "the lack of employment".
In a poor district, there are many family whose parents are out of employment, many people are suffering from lack of food or medical service.
Besides, the government system itself is unrest, so in the present situation, the government can't deal with the happening like a invasion of the human rights.

(2)In a poor district, now, the major human rights problem is "human body trade".
Because of poverty in family, not only adults but also parents buy their children, sometimes it occurs very frequentry that children are deceived into the belief that "there are employment of easy and much money "and sold by themselves.

(3)2007,the United States government reports that, in the world, a year, about 8 hundred thousand people are the sacrifice of human body trade over the border.
I think it is a very vicious conduct which takes advantage of the earnest wish of the people in a poor district, that"get rid of poverty, lead a wealthy life".
After sold, the children are sent to the sex industry, treated like a slave, made to beg instead of adults, picked internal organs for transplant without permission.
In a state of affairs like this, not to mention, the children are treated as just a goods, without any human rights, made to lead a crueler life.

Because of loss of family fortune, the problem is not for adult people.
Parents sell their children. Or telling that "You can do a easy job which brings us many money", parents cheat them so that they would be wiling to be sold. These things happens frequently at there.
