起動しません・・・・助けてください！

質問

パソコンがフリーズしたので
強制終了をし、再度立ち上げようと思ったら
青い画面に英文が書かれており起動できなくなりました。セーフモードでも動きません・・・・・・
大事なデーターがある為リカバリはしたくありません。どうか助けてください。お願いします。

■パソコン：FUJITSU
■機種：BIBLO　NB9/90R
■OS：Win XP　Home

Win Meの起動フロッピーがあれば、DOSからfdiskコマンドでマスターブートレコード（MBR）を書き戻してブートできるようになる可能性があります。
以前XPでブート中の電源落ちで起動不能になったDiskが復活できました。

ブートセクターのクラッシュかと思います。
データはハードデスクを取り外して別のＰＣでデータは読めるはずです。
物理的故障でないのでデータのリカバリーはできるはずです。
終わりましたらハードを元に戻してクリーンインストールしてください

これは既にHDDが故障した可能性もありますね。
データはもうダメかもしれませんよ。

HDDを取り外して別PCで（USB接続などで）コピーしてみるという方法が考えられます。但しHDDが既に故障していれば無理ですので、ダメ元でどうぞ。

補足

USB接続をするにはSCSIの変換ケーブルを買えば出来ますか？
