WAIVERについて
WAIVERについての一説が難しくあまりよくわかりません。
以下の通りです。どなたか法律にお詳しい方、訳を教えていただけませんか？
WAIVER OF PRESENTMENT, ETC. The Guarantor hereby waives (a) notice of the creation, renewal, extension or accrual of the Obligations or proof of reliance by A Company on this Guaranty or acceptance of this Guaranty; (b) diligence, presentment, demand of payment, notice of default or non-payments, filing of claims with a court in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy of the Obligor, (c) any right to require a proceeding first against the Obligor; (d) defense, setoff or counterclaim (other than a defense of payment or performance) which may at any time be available to or be asserted by the Obligor; (e) any protest, notice and all demands whatsoever, which may constitute or be construed to constitute an equitable or legal discharge of the Obligor under the Obligations or the Guarantor hereunder. The Guarantor covenants that this Guaranty shall not be discharged except by complete performance of the Obligations. If A Company is required by any court or otherwise to return to the Obligor or the Guarantor or any trustee, liquidator or other similar official acting in relation to the Obligor or the Guarantor, any amount paid by either to A Company, this Guaranty, to the extent theretofore discharged, shall be reinstated in full force and effect. The Obligations, and any of them, shall conclusively be deemed to have been created, contracted or incurred, or renewed, extended, amender or waived, in reliance upon this Guaranty, and all dealings between or among the Guarantor, the Obligor, and A Company shall be conclusively presumed to have been made in reliance upon this Guaranty.
