ブルースクリーンのコードについて

質問

先程急に下記のエラーメッセージが出ました。
(ブルースクリーン)

英語の文面は大体分かるのですが
STOP:0x0000000A(0x7FDFF050,0x000000FF,0x00000000,0x806F0DC0)
こちらのコードについては一切不明なので、もしこのコードで
今回のエラーになっている部分が分かるのであれば教えて頂きたいのです。

最近ハードの付け替えというと、P4MAM-VのマザボにCeleron D 330を
搭載していたのですがPentium4 2.40GHz/512/533 SL6RZに交換をした位で他は特別な事をしていません。
デバイスマネージャーやシステムビューアでもエラーになっている部分は無く、困っています。

教えていただけると助かります、宜しくお願いします。

CPU交換をしたようですが、OSの入れ直しはしてますか？

CPU交換はしましたが、OSの入れなおしはしてません・・・
普通はするものなのでしょうか？
