ＯＳインストール中のエラー

質問

Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ＸＰのインストール中に青画面になり
ＯＳのインストールが途中で止まってしまいます。
最初は正常にインストール出来たのですが
ＨＤＤをフォーマットしている時に電源を落としてしまいました。
Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ起動した後に青画面になる事から
再度ＯＳを入れ直しにかかったものです。
（現在はＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ起動しません）
どなたか原因と対処法が解ればご助言下さい。
