外国のメーカーに質問をしようと思っているのですが・・・
下記の内容の質問メールを英文で出そうと思っているのですが、相手に理解してもらえるでしょうか？
私はBIOSTARのマザーボードM7NCGを使っています。
FLASHERを使ってncg0128bからncg0318bsにBIOSのアップデートにトライしました。
1.BIOSファイル ncg0318bs.exe をwebサイトからダウンロードし、フロッピーディスクに解凍した。
（NCG0318.BSという名のファイルが出来た。）
2.NCG0318.BSを含むディスクをフロッピーディスクドライブの中に入れた。
3.コンピューターの電源を入れた。
4.[DEL]キーを押し、CMOSセットアップ画面に入る。
5.Upgrade BIOS を選択し[Enter]キーを押した。
6.BIOSファイル NCG0318.BS を選択し、[Enter]キーを押した。
ファイルの読み込みが始まった。
しかし、「BIOS ID is not match! Press any key to continue...」と表示されてしまう。
そのため、私はBIOSのアップデートが出来ません。
どうすれば、BIOSをアップデートできるか教えてください。

I tryed BIOS update from ncg0128b to ncg0318bs by FLASHER.
1.Downroad BIOS file ncg0318bs.exe from website and Unzip to a floppy disk.(made file name NCG0318.BS)
2.I inserted the disk contains NCG0318.BS into the floppy drive.
3.Power ON the computer.
4.Press [DEL] to enter CMOS setup.
5.Select " Upgrade BIOS " item then press [Enter].
6.I selected BIOS file NCG0318.BS and Press [Enter].
Started loading file.
But indicate to <BIOS ID is not match! Press any key to continue...>
So I can't update BIOS.
Will you please teach me how to update BIOS.

他の文と統一するため手順書のような書き方にしました。

最後のお願いは色んな言い方があるでしょうし、これでも十分だと思いますが、疑問符をつけないなら、WouldとかCouldで始めた方がいいでしょう。ただかなり丁寧な表現です。
