状況の説明ですが、海外のオークションで商品に不備があり、ＥＭＳで返送しましたが、金額を間違えて書いてしまい、金額についてのクレームだということはわかるのですが、あとは意味不明です。翻訳をお願いします。
それから、相手への回答について、おわかりの方は、英文と日本語の解説つきで、お願いします。
メールすればするほど、怒ってるみたいなので、どうしたらいいかわけわかりません・・・。
